Welcome to the North Creek web site
A New Direction For North Creek!

There was a large member turnout at this years North Creek HOA Annual Meeting. Many efforts were made by volunteers to ensure homeowners were aware of the meeting and the importance of their vote. Many topics were discussed, and members had the opportunity to voice their concerns. By the end of the meeting it was clear that the members wanted, and had chosen to move in a new direction for the community. That new direction started with the election of two new board members being elected to the North Creek HOA Board of Directors, and the resigning of the current and longstanding North Creek HOA President, Mike Bates.

The new Board of Directors are currently in the process of completing it reorganization, and working out details with our new property management company, Watson Realty Corp. Watson recently acquired Dan Jones ERA, and are excited about having the opportunity to work with the new leadership of the North Creek HOA, and helping us to better serve our community. More details will be presented to members in the very near future. Meanwhile, if any homeowner has questions or are in need of assistance, you may reach the us using the contact information below.

Lawn Maintenance
Cold temperatures cause grass to slow down and go dormant. This, coupled with the cooler temperatures and less sun, means that your lawn does not need as much watering. Adjust your sprinkler system to account for this. Your lawn should only require watering every few weeks in the winter.

American Pride, American Soil
I can't think of a better word than "PRICELESS" FOR THIS. . .

This Army soldier in Iraq with his tiny 'plot' of grass in front of his tent. It's heartwarming! Here is a soldier in Iraq, stationed in a big sand box.

He asked his wife to send him dirt (U.S. soil), fertilizer, and some grass seed so that he can have the sweet aroma, and feel the grass grow beneath his feet. When the men of the squadron have a mission that they are going on, they take turns walking through the grass and the American soil -- to bring them good luck.

Of all the things he could have asked his wife to send to him from home...........he asked for American soil. WOW.

If you notice, he is even cutting the grass with a pair of scissors. Sometimes we are in such a hurry that we don't stop and think about the little things that we take for granted.

Upon receiving this, say a little prayer for our soldiers that give and give (and give up) so unselfishly for us.
