As HOA President I’m sure I speak for everyone when I say; “I take pleasure and pride in stating and bragging North Creek is my community and my home.” When walking, jogging, or riding your bike through our community or passing time at the pool facility or playground pavilions, take a moment to tell your neighbors thank you for making North Creek one of the most sought after communities in Jacksonville.

Homeowners and Residents of North Creek as HOA President I Mike Bates would like to welcome you to North Creek. You have chosen to reside in a fantastic community offering many benefits to you, your family and friends. Just to mention a few, our beautiful Pool and Playground facilities, the family friendly courts facilities providing Tennis and Basket-ball, and the RV and Boat storage facility. We are told by many homeowners from other communities they envy our facilities.
North Creek is growing; when completed there will be 520 homes ranging from 1600 to 4100 sq. ft. Our remaining developer Standard Pacific is recognized throughout the building industry as one of the premier builders in the country. I advocate to you, go out and meet your neighbors and participate in all the activities that North Creek has to offer I implore you to be proactive in our community. Please be a part of the Neighborhood Watch program and do not hesitate to call on me for any assistance that you may need now or in the future. Have a wonderful experience and take pride in knowing that North Creek is the place to be. |I can't think of a better word than "PRICELESS" FOR THIS. . .|
This Army soldier in Iraq with his tiny 'plot' of grass in front of his tent. It's heartwarming! Here is a soldier in Iraq, stationed in a big sand box.
He asked his wife to send him dirt (U.S. soil), fertilizer, and some grass seed so that he can have the sweet aroma, and feel the grass grow beneath his feet. When the men of the squadron have a mission that they are going on, they take turns walking through the grass and the American soil -- to bring them good luck.
Of all the things he could have asked his wife to send to him from home...........he asked for American soil. WOW.
If you notice, he is even cutting the grass with a pair of scissors. Sometimes we are in such a hurry that we don't stop and think about the little things that we take for granted.
Upon receiving this, say a little prayer for our soldiers that give and give (and give up) so unselfishly for us.
